Chief Regulatory Officer
Emily Becker
Emily leads the Regulatory Affairs Consulting team at Covita Health Partners, overseeing its growth, strategic direction, and execution of regulatory strategies for clients across the medical device, pharmaceutical, biologic, combination product, and human tissue industries worldwide. Her role includes serving as the primary liaison between clients and regulatory authorities such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and global counterparts. She also provides guidance on GDPR compliance for EU-based clinical trials and has served as HIPAA Privacy Officer for client organizations. In addition to leading CHP’s global Regulatory Affairs program, Emily directs Government Affairs efforts by engaging as a stakeholder in shaping state and federal policy that impacts the life sciences industry. Emily is known for her ability to navigate the “grey areas” of regulation with creativity and precision, always with a deep commitment to integrity and compliance in support of both CHP and its clients.

Brandyn Abbott
Brandyn is passionate about operational excellence and quality products. This passion has led him to supporting many companies with successful product launches and ongoing efficient operations across more than two decades. The primary focus of this time has been in the Life Science industry supporting companies under U.S. FDA and cGMP, EU/ISO and other regulated areas across the globe. Having worked across small, medium and large scale companies through start-up to postmarket transitions and acquisitions, finding a goldilocks fit to quality and operational compliance is one of his specialties. Specific regulations and areas of focus include but are not limited to 21 CFR 210, 211, 820, 803, 806, 1271, cGMP, ISO 13485, etc. At Covita Health Partners, Brandyn oversees and supports the quality assurance consulting and systems/product offerings. Having experience in multiple facets of the life science industry, Brandyn also works as a bridge across various areas ensuring operations excellence in all aspects of Covita internal and external services and products.
